Noteswould you mind sharing the recipe? I recently became vegetarian and I really miss chicken salad :(
Tempeh “Mock Chicken” Salad
Ingredients:
8 oz. Turtle Island Soy or Five Grain Tempeh
1 Tbsp. salt
1/2 cup celery, chopped fine
1/4 cup minced onion
1/2 cup fresh parsley, chopped
1 tsp. dill weed
1/4 cup mayonnaise
1 1/2 tsp. mustard (wet) prepared
1 Tbsp. soy sauce
1 Tbsp. lemon juice
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
2 Tbsp. toasted sesame seedsDirections:
1. Grate Tempeh and marinate in 1 quart of water with salt for 20 minutes.
2. Drain and place in a bowl with chopped onion, celery, parsley and dill weed.
3. Mix remaining ingredients together and add to Tempeh and vegetable mixture.
4. Mix well, serve in salads or on sandwiches.

Notes Reject all the jobs!English major or no, having a bachelor’s degree should mean I deserve college graduate pay, especially if I have relevant work experience. Sorry, $13.00 an hour isn’t going to cut it.
Ugh, I would kill for $13 an hour. I’m an English major working my way through grad school making $9.
I was making $11 p/hr as a receptionist at a car dealership before, so in my mind $13 after I have my degree seems low. I’m probably being unreasonable.
